My own healing through therapy and mindfulness meditation inspired me to pursue an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco — the first program in the world to blend Eastern philosophical and spiritual traditions with Western schools of psychology. At CIIS, I was not only exposed to the theoretical underpinnings of East-West psychology, but I was also immersed in deep, experiential learning. More than just academic, my graduate education was a profoundly challenging yet transformative experience that set me on a path of personal growth. My continual learning and development translate into what I offer clients today.

Prior to starting this private practice in Nashville, I had the privilege of working as a trainee and intern therapist at Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center in San Francisco, one of the award-winning counseling centers affiliated with CIIS. There I honed my clinical skills when working with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families. Because of my background as a professional ballet dancer, teacher, and choreographer, along with my study of art, science, and the humanities, I possess a strong balance between the analytical and the creative that connects the mind with the body and spirit. Today and for the last decade, I have felt honored to work toward the healing of others by using the Integral approach.
